Shabbat Events

HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS

Everyone is welcome at our Shabbat program series weaving together an interactive Service, music and creative activities in celebration of Jewish holidays and traditions, at times also including a Shabbat dinner, PrOneg (nosh before services) or Oneg. A wonderful way to connect as a community, with all ages welcome and included.

PR0Neg RECEPTIONS

Throughout the year, the Temple hosts PrOneg gatherings for a little nosh before our Shabbat services to bring together Religious School classes, affinity groups, and more in a casual, social setting to celebrate the arrival of Shabbat before services.

SHABBAT DINNERS

Similar to our PrOneg program, various groups have scheduled evenings throughout the year to come together at the table for Shabbat dinner before services, taking time from our busy lives to build community and observe Shabbat together.

CHOIR & MUSIC PROGRAMS

At Temple Beth Shalom, we observe the yearly cycle through music, which is always a vibrant part of our Temple life. Our choir of Temple members sings throughout the year, often accompanied by instrumentalists. We also offer many creative music events throughout the year, making our congregation always interwoven with song.
